Please understand that appointment times are limited. I understand that unexpected events and delays can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request 48 hours notice.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your IN-PERSON Reiki session within the 48 hour window of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a FEE of $50 if Lynn is not able to fill the appointment slot.  *Please know Lynn will work hard to fill the open slot.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your in-person or distance Reiki session within the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the FULL COST of your session. If you have purchased a package — one session will be removed from your current package as payment. 

 

*If the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances or illness, a distance Reiki session will be offered and arranged as a make-up session on a case by case basis in exchange for the fees charged or the session removed from the client’s current package.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment without notice of cancellation, you will be charged the FULL COST of the session or one session will be removed from your current package.

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Late arrivals will receive only the remaining balance of the scheduled session length at the full session price.
