CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that appointment times are limited and uniquely held for you.

I understand that unexpected events and delays can occur.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION ​​POLICY

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your IN-PERSON or DISTANCE session, you can easily reschedule or cancel through your appointment reminder email with 48 hours or more notice. If you are having trouble, please feel free to reach out to me through email.

If I do not hear from you, I regret I will need to charge a fee of $50 if the appointment is rescheduled of cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. If I am able to fill the appointment time with another client, I will waive the fee.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your IN-PERSON or DISTANCE session with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment, please reach out to me.

If I do not hear from you, I regret I will need to charge you the FULL COST of your session. If you have purchased a package — one session will be removed from your current package as payment.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment (in-person or distance) without notice of cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the FULL COST of the session or one session will be removed from your current package.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Late arrivals will receive only the remaining balance of the scheduled session length at the full session price.
