As a highly sensitive, intuitive and empathic person, I create a session that is uniquely yours. These sessions are designed with the benefits of energy healing (balance, harmony and clearing of energy --- following your body’s unique energetic needs) along with the additional advantage of insights, ah-ha moments and Universal messages to move you into a place of clarity and calm.

Using my gifts as an intuitive and my skills as a Reiki Master, these sessions allow you to delve into your innermost questions, feelings and intuitive musings helping you sort through current concerns and challenges. If you are finding yourself in a space of possibility, transition and challenge or questioning your life and the world around you, this session can be especially supportive. 
 

Reiki + Intuitive Reading sessions are an alchemy of energy healing and collaborative conversation that encourage intuitive guidance to unfold. Conversational and collaborative in style, these sessions allow transformation, insight and ah-ha moments to shine through. Healing is accessed on a subconscious, nonverbal and energetic level. Working in this way holds potential to find answers to intimate and personal inquiries, encourages you to align with your authentic energy and heart as well as allows you to let go of unwanted energies and negative emotions that have kept you stuck, confused and vulnerable in your life. The potential of connection with loved ones past, spirit guides and Universal messages open within the time together.

As a treatment, these sessions address healing physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. If you have not yet resolved your health and emotional concerns with other forms of treatment, you can likely benefit from this energy healing + intuitive reading — especially if you are a highly sensitive person or an empath (meaning you take on other people's emotions or the collective energy as your own).

Each session begins with a heart--centered conversation to discuss your hopes and wishes of how Reiki + Intuitive Reading can best support your wellbeing. Setting an intention or bringing a focus to our time together can foster an awareness that aids and assists in the movement of old stuck energy or emotions and can help to draw in positive energies, answers and insights that are desired.

​Reiki + Intuitive Reading appointments are 75 minutes in length and include up to 60 minutes of energy healing with intuitive conversation and guidance intertwined throughout the session. During your session, you will lay clothed on a massage table in a comfortable room with relaxation as the focus. One of the most beneficial results of any Reiki session is deep relaxation. When our nervous system is brought into regulation ('rest and digest') — we naturally heal and feel more calm and at ease.

 

These sessions take place within a container of comfort using collaborative conversation along with pauses of stillness to bring about clarity and calm for mind, body and soul. The intuitive conversation and guidance throughout the session is an important and integral part of the session which fosters a deeper understanding of the healing experience, as well as assists you in finding insights, ah-ha moments and transformation. The importance of these channeled and intuitive conversations enables and elevates you to move more easily towards clarity and your desired health goals and wellbeing.
